It was a recommendation from a friend to used this product.According to her advice this is the cheapest yet most effective food lotion for your dry foot. So I went to tried and purchased one for myself and honestly I do find it quite effective and I am totally falling in love with the smell of this product. Their method of using is pretty simple especially for lazy girl like me but not too lazy to carry on the task to see the effect. As the Chinese always quote 世界上没有丑女人只有懒女人 ( ugliness can be beaten by your hard work to  be beauty). 

You need :

1) a pair of clean stocking

2) The Body Shop Hand and Foot Butter

3) Beauty Spirit \(^.^)/

Method: most effect during your slumber time

1) Wash your foot 

2) Dry them with your towel

3) Apply the Butter on to your foot 

4) Cover your foot with your clean stocking 

and 

YOU ARE READY TO MOISTURIZE YOUR FOOT  AND REST

according to the sales person you may see the affect after 7-14 days. PS mine was in 8 days.

FYI- the total cost of this product + stocking cost me around RM 90 +.
